Fanny Brice, the lead character, is not meant to be "pretty," yet she emits a dazzling beauty. Everything about her—her voice, her comedic ways, her gentle charms, her elegant hands, and her eyes that penetrate with burning stares through the soul—is the stuff of legends.

Her tale begins in her irrepressible youth on New York's Lower East Side, where the stage-struck teenager fumbles her way through burlesque and vaudeville. Fanny is a bright person; she sings perfectly, has big goals, and knows she can win despite the doubts of her loved ones.

After meeting Nick Arnstein, a charming and handsome gambler with a softer side, Fanny's heart is instantly taken The only problem is that Nick doesn't realize how she feels and is always disappearing on assumed "business" trips.

After a passionate encounter in Baltimore, Nick and Fanny boldly proclaim their feelings for one another, and Fanny courageously decides to follow Nick across the ocean. After Nick wins a bankroll, the couple gets married. But as with all good things, Fanny needs to choose between her husband, who is growing increasingly bitter and angry of her success in show business, and her stellar career as an entertainer. You should not pass up on this incredible tale. Tickets are still available, but you should get them right away before they're all gone.
